We hope you love your Pretty in Pink purchase. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your order, we are happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.
Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange, items must:
Be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Be unworn and unwashed.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in their original condition.
Be free from makeup, fake tan, perfume, deodorant, stains or any other signs of wear or damage.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item. Once your return has been received and inspected, your exchange will be dispatched (subject to stock availability). If your requested size or colour is unavailable, you may choose an alternative item of equal value where possible.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. If your item is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a replacement, exchange, repair or refund where appropriate in accordance with your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, or if an item does not suit you. All eligible returns are exchange only.
Refunds are only provided where:
An item is confirmed to be faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced; or
We are required to provide a refund under applicable consumer law.
